🦋 Mind, Food, Confidence & Chatter
Hey Love,
Stop negotiating with yourself.
One thing I had to learn the hard way…
Every time you negotiate with yourself, you lose a little trust.
“I’ll start tomorrow.”
“I’ll just do it later.”
“I don’t feel like it today.”
It sounds small.
But it adds up.
The mind starts to believe you’re optional.
That what you say doesn’t really matter.
That discipline is based on how you feel.
And that’s where things start slipping.
The same shows up with food.
You already know what works for your body.
You’ve seen it. You’ve felt it.
But when you keep negotiating—
grabbing what’s easy instead of what’s aligned—
you create confusion in your system.
And your body responds to that.
Not with punishment…
but with inconsistency.
Confidence isn’t built in big moments.
It’s built in the small decisions you keep.
The ones nobody sees.
The ones you could easily talk yourself out of.
That’s where self-trust is either built… or broken.
And the chatter?
It gets louder when your actions don’t match your words.
Because now you’re not just managing thoughts—
you’re managing disappointment too.
So today, do something different.
Make a decision…
and don’t negotiate with it.
Not harsh.
Not extreme.
Just firm.
Because the more you follow through,
the quieter everything gets.
And that’s what you’ve been needing—
not more motivation…
but more integrity with yourself.
With Love,
Dr. Anita🩷💛
